ATLANTIC YACHT CLUB

The Atlantic Yacht Club is dedicated to:

Instilling and enhancing an interest in sailing and the spirit of sportsmanship in members and their families;

Encouraging and providing programs for members and their families to promote and support sailboat racing in the Corinthian spirit;

Supporting a program of sailing education and sailboat racing events that meets the expectations of members and their families and enhances the reputation of the Club as a center of sailing and sailboat racing;

Encouraging and providing compatible leisure and sporting activities, including intra- and interclub competitions;

Promoting the recreational development of New York Harbor, and the ecology of New York Bay; and

Providing an active and enjoyable family-oriented social environment which members and their families will support, and in which they can participate with pride and enthusiasm.
